Terms and Conditions of Katies-World.com / Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. 
Before you can join, you must read and agree to these terms and conditions. By joining this site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and are agreeing to be legally bound by them. This agreement is subject to change by Katies-World.com / Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. at any time. Changes are effective without notice upon each Subscriber. 

NOTICE: 
The sharing of your UserID and Password is strictly prohibited. We have software in place to combat this. If you are caught sharing your UserID and Password, you will receive a warning. If you continue to share, your UserID and Password WILL be terminated. Your card will continue to be billed until you cancel your membership. 
 

1. Legal definitions  
Hear by, the term “Member” or “Membership”, as referred to in this document shall mean -The Subscriber or User of a valid username and password (User Id) for the Site during the term of membership. 
Hear by, the term “Site”, as referred to in this document shall mean – The site which you are purchasing a username and password (UserID) from Katies-World.com / Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. in order to access membership areas and its materials and benefits of membership. 
Hear by, the term “Subscriber”, as referred to in this document shall mean – The End-user, Consumer, of the services of the Site and holder of a valid username and password (UserID) for the Site. 
Hear by, the term “UserID”, as referred to in this document shall mean – The combination of unique username and password that is sold by Katies-World.com / Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. and used to access the Site. A UserID is a license to use the Site for a period of time which is specified. 
Hear by, the term “Bookmarking”, as referred to in is document shall mean – The act of placing a URL into a temporary file on the Subscribers’ browser so that the subscriber may return to that page at a future date directly, without passing through any pages that may have been precedent.  
 
2. Description of services  
Katies-World.com / Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. will provide one user id to access the membership portion of the site and its contents for which you are purchasing membership. Content of Katies-World.com is updated regularly, and will be available on a continual 30-day rotation. Please do not expect to cancel your membership and return to catch up on months or years of missed content. If you are not of age to view nudity in your area (18 in most areas of the United States), you should not sign up for this site. This site meets all US Code 2257 requirements/18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance Notices. All records required to be maintained are available upon request, via the Custodian of Records (address below). The downloading or attempted re-posting of any content found on this website is strictly prohibited.  
  

3. Billing  
“Ice Blue Concepts, L. L. C.,” parent company of Katies-World.com, will appear on your credit card billing statement for all charges made. By joining, you agree that you are the rightful cardholder of the credit card being used, or you have permission of the rightful cardholder.  
 

4. Payment/Fee 
Sites will have periodic subscription fees that are defined by the terms of the site at the time of the initial enrollment for subscription. The member is responsible for such fees according to the terms of the site, and subscription fees are non-refundable. 
 

5. AUTOMATIC Recurring Billing  
By subscribing you state that you agree to these terms.  
 
Membership Fees:  
You agree to pay $19.99 for 30 days of access to katies-world.com, recurring every 30 days unless otherwise cancelled.  
 

As determined by the owner of the site, subscription fees are to be automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected, for a similar period, unless notice is received from the Subscriber seven (7) days prior to renewal. Invalid or expired methods of payment do not constitute cancellation. Should your method of payment not be updated prior to it expiring, Subscriber acknowledges Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C./Katies-World.com may refer the past due debt to a collection agency. Any changes to your membership, or modification of billing must be made within seven (7) days prior to renewal. Unless and until this agreement is canceled in accordance with the terms hereof, Subscriber hereby authorizes Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. to charge subscriber’s credit card/checking account to pay for the ongoing cost of membership. Membership is on a monthly basis, and your card will continue to be charged once per month until you cancel. In the event that a credit card is declined, Subscriber hereby authorizes Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. to continue billing attempts until subscription funds are obtained, regardless of card declination date (at current posted or discounted rates). Billing information will remain on file unless A). Cardholder has requested a membership be cancelled and expired accounts have been purged, or B). Cardholder specifically requests billing information be deleted from the billing system. Subscriber acknowledges Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. may send a physical notice of account termination to the billing address on file once membership has been cancelled and rebilling halted.  

 
At no time may Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. raise a subscription price on an existing membership without prior notice provided to customer. If member chooses to cancel prior to the initial rebill being charged, the rebill will be charged and rebilling will be halted after that time.  
 
6. Cancellation  
At any time, and without cause, subscription to the Service may be terminated by Katies-World.com / Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone or fax. When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. Should you choose to cancel your membership, please contact katiesworldcom@icloud.com stating you would like to cancel, including your username, password, email address used when signing up, and your first and last name used when signing up for the service. Failure to include the above-requested information will yield an unsuccessful result in membership cancellation, and the Webmaster of this site will wait for you to provide the above-required information.  

7. REFUNDS  
Refunds are ONLY issued if there is a billing error (such as a double-billing occurrence). If your card was used without your permission, please contact your credit card company for a credit – one will NOT be issued by Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. Should a refund be issued by Katies-World.com / Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C., all refunds will be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction solely. Refunds will not be issued by cash, check, or to another credit card. NO refunds are issued for private streaming webcam sessions.  

8. Authorization of Use  
No material within the site may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial. In addition, materials may not be modified, or altered. Materials may not be displayed publicly, or used for any rental, sale, or display. Materials shall extend to copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary notices therefrom.  

 
Katies-World.com / Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. reserve the right to terminate this license at any time if the terms of this agreement are breached. In the case that the terms are breached, you will be required to immediately destroy any information or material printed, downloaded or otherwise copied from the Site. We also reserve the right to disable your account if we find your username to be abusing the system (i.e. your username logging in from multiple IP Addresses). Katies-World.com reserves the right to contact the account holder via email, standard mail or phone should a discretion arise. By purchasing any membership, order set or item from Katies-World.com, you automatically grant permission to include your submitted email address for inclusion in our website mailing lists. Furthermore, if your username is logged as abusing the system after you have requested to terminate your membership, Katies-World.com / Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. reserve the right to charge your card the full membership price for every additional IP Address that accesses the membership area via your username/password combination.  

09. Transfer of User Id  
Access to the Site is through a combination of a username and a password (UserId). Subscribers may not under any circumstances release their UserId to any other person and are required to keep his or her UserId strictly confidential. Katies-World.com / Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. will not release passwords for any reason, to anyone other than the Subscriber, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Site is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law. Subscribers acknowledge that the Webmaster of the site may track through the use of special software each subscriber’s entry to the site. 
 
10. Shared Usernames / Security Breach  
If any breach of security, theft or loss of UserId, or unauthorized disclosure of UserId occurs, subscriber must immediately notify Katies-World.com / Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. of said security breach. Subscriber will remain liable for unauthorized use of service until Katies-World.com / Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. or the Site is notified of the security breach by email or telephone. 

 
11. Supplementary Terms and conditions  
The Site may have additional Terms and Conditions that are an integral part of this Agreement and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Such Terms and Conditions as listed at the Site will in no way invalidate any of the Terms and Conditions listed here. All Terms listed apply to Katies-World.com / Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. and the Subscriber. I agree to the terms and conditions specified by the site linked to this page. 

12. Severability 
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited. 

13. Notice 
Notices by the Site to Subscribers may be given by means of electronic messages through the Site, by a general posting on the Site, or by email to the address provided by the User upon application for User ID. 
 
14. Chargeback-Fraud Policy 
Chargebacks occur when a credit card provider requests that Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. returns monies on a transaction which a Member disputes or claims is fraudulent. Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. recognizes that chargebacks can happen for a variety of valid reasons. However, if I make a credit card payment through Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. with respect to purchased memberships or digital downloadable content purchases and later dispute the legitimate charge by raising a chargeback without merit, whether fraudulently or otherwise, Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. may take steps to recover any charges resulting from the chargeback directly from me. Unmerited chargebacks include, but are not limited to (i) disputing a charge made in accordance with the cancellation policy, (ii) disputing a Membership Fee after access to the Website has been provided, (iii) disputing a charge made in respect to digital downloadable purchases and the buyer fails to make reasonable efforts to work with Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. to resolve any issues, (iv) requesting a chargeback without a legitimate reason and/or (v) failing to provide any supporting information in respect of the chargeback to allow those parties from which the chargeback is requested to assess the basis of the chargeback request. I understand that Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. takes a zero-tolerance approach to chargeback fraud. In the event of any unmerited chargeback requests, it reserves the right to recover monies by any legitimate means available to it, including using a third-party debt collection agency or any other lawful means to recover funds. 
 
15. Complaints Policy  
This document provides guidelines for resolution and the treatment of complaints made by our customers.  

1. Policy Statement  
At Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C., we believe that if a customer wishes to file a complaint or express dissatisfaction, it should be easy for them to do so. It is Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C.’s policy to receive complaints and consider them as an opportunity to learn, adapt, improve and provide better service.  
 
In addition, a quick resolution of complaints, in a way that respects and values the person’s feedback, can be one of the most important factors in recovering the person’s confidence about a product/service offered by the company. It can also help prevent further escalation of the complaint. A responsive, efficient, effective and fair complaint management system can assist an organization to achieve this.  

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that complaints are handled properly and that all customer complaints or comments be taken seriously. This organization expects stat at all levels to be committed to fair, effective and efficient complaint handling.  
 
2. Purpose  
This policy is intended to ensure that Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. handle complaints fairly, efficiently and effectively. The company’s objective is to ensure that its complaints procedure is properly and effectively implemented, and that complainants feel confident that their complaints and worries are listened to and acted upon promptly and equitably.  

Our complaint management system aims to:  
* allow us to respond to questions raised by people who file complaints in a timely and cost-effective manner  
* increase customer confidence in our administrative process, and  
* provide information that we can use to improve the quality of our products (if applicable), services, personnel and complaint handling.  
 
This policy provides guidance to our staff and to individuals who wish to file a complaint about the key principles of our complaint management system.  
 

3. Scope  
This policy applies to all staff receiving or managing complaints from customer made to or about us, regarding our products, services, staff and complaint handling.  
 
4. What is a Complaint?  
A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction about the product/services offered by Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. or the action or lack of action taken regarding operations or services provided by Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C.  

A formal complaint means a complaint that has not been successfully resolved through the Complaint Management Process as outlined by this policy. The complainant has chosen to formalize the complaint by completing the Complaint form.  

An informal complaint means a complaint that has been received by Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. which has not been submitted on a Complaint Form.  

All non-anonymous complaints filed necessitate a response.  
 
5. Complaint Management System  
A). Written Complaints  
 
*When a complaint is received in writing, it must be forwarded to the designated Complaint Manager, who must enter it in the Complaint Register and send an acknowledgment receipt within five working days in order to establish a relationship of confidence with the person who filed the complaint.  

*If necessary, further clarification should be obtained from the complainant. If the complaint is not made by the customer but on his/her behalf, the customer’s consent, preferably in writing, must be obtained in advance from the customer.  

*After receiving the complaint latter, a copy of the complaint procedure must be given to the customer. Clearly explain to the complainant the complaint process, the time it can take and realistic expectations.  
*Immediately on receipt of the complaint Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. should launch an investigation and within seven days be in a position to provide a full explanation to the complainant, in writing.  

*Complaint Manager must record all relevant information about the complaint and keep it as simple and accurate as possible.  

*If the complaint raises potentially serious concerns, legal advice should be obtained. If legal action is taken at this stage, any investigation by Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. under the complaint procedure should cease immediately.  

*If the issues are too complex for the investigation to be completed within seven days, the complainant should be informed of any delays.  

*If a meeting is organized, the complainant may, if he or she wishes, be accompanied by a friend, relative or representative, such as a lawyer.  

*At the meeting, a detailed explanation of the results of the investigation should be given and an apology should also be made if deemed appropriate. The type of meeting gives Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. the opportunity to show the complainant that the matter has been taken seriously and has been thoroughly investigated.  

*Finally, the results of the meeting should be documented and any weaknesses in Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C.’s procedures should be identified and modified.  
 
6. Role of Manager  
The manager who receives the complaint will evaluate the information to determine whether it falls within the scope of this policy. If so, the manager will collect and review all available information and attempt to resolve the issue formally through the discussions with the complainant. The manager may choose to use human resources or other resources as required, if they require assistance or advice. Managers must ensure that all staff involved in resolving the complaint are aware of their responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the matter and to respect the privacy rights of all parties involved.  

Informal Complaint Files  

Details of informal complaints should be noted as soon as possible and may include information such as when, where and how the alleged issue giving rise to the complaint occurred, who was involved and the name of potential witnesses. These notes may be required if a formal complaint is filed. Complaints that are resolved amicably to the complainant’s satisfaction will not be followed up. However, all records relating to the resolution of informal complaints must be kept within each department in accordance with current policies. Any disciplinary action resulting from an informal complaint will be maintained in accordance with established human resources procedures and policies.  
 
Unresolved Complaints  
 
If the problem cannot be resolved amicably or if the complainant requests a formal investigation into the alleged misconduct, he or she must submit a formal complaint form.
