Terms of Agreement
Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. / Katies-World.com

1. By clicking the "Add to Cart" button and initiating the purchase, you agree NOT to distribute, sell,
or post the images anywhere (including but not limited to newsgroups, online clubs/groups, websites,
or any print publications). You agree that if you violate these Terms which have been set forth, you
will be held liable for any potential income lost by Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. You agree that this will
be determined by the number of members a club/group contains, visitors a website/newsgroup
experiences on a given day, or sales figures for print publications. Criminal charges will be sought
against violators.

2. By clicking the "Add to Cart" button and initiating the purchase, it will be set forth by these
Terms of Agreement that no refunds shall be given unless Katies-World.com charges your card without
cardholder authorization. It is also to be understood that Katies-World.com is a non-nude website, and
all material associated with Katies-World.com is of a non-nude nature (including downloaded order sets,
photo cd's, and any other material sold or distributed via Katies-World.com). Incomplete downloads,
corrupted downloads, or disconnected downloads will be emailed directly to you (the buyer) after you
make us (Katie's World) aware of the situation. If you experience a problem completing your order, please
contact webmaster@katies-world.com immediately and do not attempt to reorder the set. You will be charged each time you attempt to process the transaction. You will most definitely receive anything for which you paid, and yet we strictly enforce a ZERO REFUND policy on order set downloads. Should it be necessary, we will make up to three attempts to email your order to you . Problems with your orders should be directed to customerservice@katies-world.com. Please include your order receipt,
name, and email address used when your order was placed. Please be advised that free email services such as Hotmail and Excite are incapable of holding our order sets due to their large file sizes. If you need your set mailed and are using one of the above mentioned services, please send an address capable of holding the order set(s). If you do not have another email address capable of holding large file attachments, please visit http://www.212.com or http://www.runbox.com and create a free account there, being sure to email your new address to us (Katie's World).

3. In the case of tangible merchandise, no refunds will be issued. All tangible products are inspected before shipment, and left the offices of Katies-World.com and Ice Blue Concepts, L.L.C. in original/operational condition. If your merchandise arrives in a defective state, please return the product and a replacement will be issued.
